Missed Appointments and Cancellation Policy.

Please note that 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel existing appointments. 

A no-show fee will apply for appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.

"Uninsured" Services.

Please note that the provincial health only pays for "essential services" and some services are not covered by Alberta Health. 

Each individual will be responsible to pay for these services.
